Cement - Asphalt Loading - Maintenance Platforms

We are pleased to offer this hopper loading facility with a versatile design that enables it to be used to load hopper cars with liquid materials when track is set beneath the loading platform or used as a distribution center to load tractor trailers with fuel. In additional an optional 'conveyor system' can be used to turn the loading facility into an aggregate mixing center to load aggregate materials such as cement onto hopper cars or cement trucks. There are three 2.5” vertical tanks on the upper deck with independent gate valves that can provide a mixture of materials to the central mixing tank located on the second level deck. When the optional conveyor system is employed an aggregate such as sand or concrete mix can be brought up to the mixing tank for mixing with the supplied liquids and subsequent loading into the hopper or truck. The three upper level tanks have manway covers for inspection and cleaning plus piping down the backside for loading of liquid into the individual tanks. There is a mid-level deck for service personnel to work on plus stairs for access to all three decks. Overall dimensions for the Hopper Loading Facility are approximately 10 ½ (L) x 9 ½ (W) x 14 ½ (H) inches. The conveyor system sits 4 inches from the base of the superstructure.
